What a Birth Chart Actually Tells You

A birth chart records the position of the planets at the moment and place of your birth. Read carefully, it describes tendencies — how you approach work, relationships and difficulty — and the periods when those tendencies are most active.
What a chart does not do is remove your choice. Two people with similar planetary periods can arrive at very different outcomes depending on the decisions they make and the effort they sustain. This is why a consultation focuses on what is actually in front of you rather than on predictions delivered in isolation.
In practice, a reading moves from the whole chart to the divisional charts, then to the running planetary period and the current transits. Only after that does the discussion turn to remedies, and only where they are genuinely warranted.
