Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation time is reserved exclusively for you, and chart preparation begins before the session. The terms below reflect that.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no cost provided you inform us at least 24 hours before your slot. Use the link in your booking confirmation or message us on WhatsApp.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours, or where chart preparation has already been completed, the fee is not refundable.

Missed sessions

If you are unable to attend without notice, the session is treated as delivered. If we need to postpone for any reason, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Products

Gemstones, rudraksha and other items are recommended individually and discussed before any purchase. Terms for a specific item are confirmed at the time of the enquiry.
